Job Description

1. Scope of working:  Project Management Director:  will be responsible for the development of the strategic direction to drive and enable a project management capability throughout the company and ensuring the project is delivered within the defined quality, time and cost.

2. Duties & responsibilities: 

- Develop and conduct Feasibility, Planning, Costing;
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques;
- Directing & Coordinating of Master-Planning, Design and Physical Construction (Structure, MEP,  
  Interior Fit-Out, Façade, Testing &  Commissioning and Pre-Opening / Dry-Run Works) of high profile
  and complex Hospitality, Commercial, Residential Projects;
- Contract Negotiation / Set-Up (FIDIC) and physical Project and Construction Management on the 
  project site;
- Ensure that the project will be delivered within budget, in time and to the quality standards;
- Design Assessment / Coordination / Review, Programming, Cost Control and Procurement to ensure
  that the set parameters of the works are being met, in-line with the requirements and expectations of
  the Client;
- Design, develop, validate and oversee implementation of company-wide project management   
  processes, methodologies, standards, tools and training;
- Provide guidance and counsel in development of long range plans involving strategy development, 
  resource allocation, work plans, timelines, and financial outcomes;
- Perform analysis that leads to continuous improvement and transformational projects for the 
  business;
- Other tasks assign by superior.

Job Requirements

3. Qualification & requirement:

- Master or bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant field;
- Minimum of 10 years working experience;
- Experience in defining/developing project management processes, methods;
- Strong knowledge of project management;
- Very good in communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build strong, productive
  relationships;
- Computer literacy in Ms. Office, Ms. Project, AutoCAD Revit LT Suite 2015 or other relevant computer 
  program;
- Excellent in communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.;
- Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner;
- High ability to communicate in English or other languages;
- Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility.

 

   4. Working Days and Hours:

      - Monday to Saturday:   8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm

- Lunch time:                  12:00pm to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

 - Project Management Director: is based at Head office of Borey Peng Huoth, Department of Project Management.

6. Relationship:

  -  Project Management Director: works under supervision & reports directly to GCEO.
