Job Description

1. Scope of working: Payroll Officer is responsible to employees by calculating pay and deductions; issuing payment slip and resolve the other problem that's related to salary calculation.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

- Maintains payroll informations by collecting, calculating, and entering data;
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in job title and department/division transfers;
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing informations;
- Provides payroll informations by answering questions and requests;
- Maintains payroll operations by following the policies and procedures ;
- Maintains employee confidential information and protect payroll operations by keeping information
  confidential;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Updatse Master list and Personal Files;
- Records Leave Balance;
- Staff’s ATM Transaction;
- Other duties assigned by management.

 

Job Requirements

3. Qualification & requirement:

 - Master or Bachelor degree in business administration and other relevant fields;
 - At least 1 year of working experience is a plus advantage;
 - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Financial Software;
 - Ability to work under tight time constraint;
 - Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills;
 - Good management skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills;
 - Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, integrity and willing to work as a team.
 - Good at Analyzing Information , Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail,
 - Have Confidentiality, Thoroughness, General Math Skills.

4. Working Days and Hours:

     -  Monday to Saturday:   8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm

- Lunch time:                  12:00pm to 1:00pm

 

5. Workplace:

 - Payroll Officeris based at Head office of Borey Peng Huoth, the department of Human Resources and Operations.

 

6. Relationship:

 -  Payroll Officer works under supervision & report directly to Payroll Supervisor.

7. Salary and Benefit:
